– The recipients can be legal entities (residents of the Customs Union countries).
– Unified sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements for the products (goods) subject to the sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) approved by the Decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 299 dated May 28, 2010
– It is issued for one composition of the product. In the case of various product compositions, several certificates (SGR) are issued
– The certificate of state registration (SGR) does not have any validity period
– The certificate of state registration (SGR) can be issued to the foreign manufacture for certain types of products (chemical products, pipes, fittings)
– Upon registration, the products are included in the Unified Registry of Certificates of State Registration
– It is valid in the territory of the EAEU countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgystan)
Parties may additionally request other documents, depending on the type of product and the country in which state registration is carried out.
The SGR issued for compliance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union shall be valid for the period of up to 5 years, the validity period of other SGRs is not limited
The SGR is issued for one type of product with one composition. In this case, there can be several positions (markings). When the product composition is changed, a new SGR shall be issued.
The products shall be subject to state registration if they are available in a single list of products subject to the SGR issue
The SGR is issued once for a specific type of product. The product data is entered into the unified register. After this procedure, any organization has the right to use the registered product without a new SGR
The SGRs issued in the territory of any other country from the Customs Union shall be applied to all countries of the Customs Union (Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan or Armenia).
