Based on the information and samples provided by you, we conduct the equipment tests and prepare a package of documents. You shall agree upon and sign the package of documents and provide it to us, after which such documents are submitted to the Federal Communications Agency. The communication certificate is issued 10 working days after all materials are submitted to the Federal Communications Agency.
Upon receipt of the communication certificate, you can use it to sell the products / generation and commissioning of the communication centers. The legitimacy and status of the registered communication certificates can be verified in the registry of the Federal Communications Agency
We terminate the work with the certificates and send you the original registered communication certificate with the accounting reports
The list of equipment subject to the mandatory certification of communications is approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 532 “On approval of the list of communication facilities subject to the mandatory certification”.
The products that are not included in the list, but which are terminal customer devices, are subject to the Declaration of Conformity in the communications field.
The validity period of the communication certificate is 1–3 years according to the certification scheme No. 3 (serial production).
The communication certificate is issued in accordance with the requirements of the Russian legislation and is valid only in the territory of the Russian Federation.
The stamp duty for certification in the communications field is not provided.
The holder of the communication certificate can be both the manufacturer and an authorized person of the manufacturer by proxy / agreement.
When issuing the communication certificate according to the scheme No. 3 (serial production) for a period of validity of more than 1 year, it is necessary to provide the inspection control at least once a year.
In one certificate, it is possible to specify several models within one product group relevant for one regulatory document.
