– The recipients can only be the authorized legal entities (residents of the Russian Federation) and manufacturers
– The following technical devices are not subject to the certification/declaration according to TR CU No. 020/2011:
– passive devices in relation to electromagnetic compatibility
– used by the manufacturers of other technical equipment as its components and not designed for independent use
– not included in the Unified List of Products in relation to which the mandatory requirements are established in the Customs Union
– The TR CU certificate/declaration is issued for serial production (up to 5 years) / for a batch of products
– Registration of the serial production certificate includes the production analysis (it is not provided when declaring)
– Registration of the TR CU certificate for serial production with a validity period of more than 1 year includes the annual inspection control (IC)
– When issuing the certificate/declaration of conformity TR CU No. 020/2011, the appropriate marking (EAC) is attached to the product
– Registration of the certificate / declaration for a representative authorized by the manufacturer is performed if there is an appropriate agreement on delegation of authority

Our experts analyze the materials provided, confirm the need to issue the certificate/declaration TR CU No. 020/2011 “Electromagnetic compatibility of technical devices” (EMC) in accordance with the description and the combined nomenclature code. Following that, the appropriate letters (confirmations) are prepared for the customs authorities for the release of product images for testing.
At the same time, the production analysis is carried out (when issuing the certificate for serial production) by arranging an exit or by documentary verification of the production status.
Upon receipt of the samples, our experts shall test the goods for compliance with the established requirements. If the test result is positive, our experts shall send you the draft certificate/declaration for approval, after which the document is registered.
The availability of the certificate can be verified in the Unified Register of the Certificates of Compliance TR CU.
The availability of the declaration can be verified in the Unified Register of the Declarations of Conformity TR CU.
We shall terminate the work with the certificate and send you the original certificate/declaration TR CU No. 020/2011.
According to the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 294 dated December 25, 2012, submission to the customs authorities of the documents certifying the conformity of products (goods) to the mandatory requirements, or information about such documents is not required in relation to the products (goods) imported by the individuals for personal use.
According to the decision of the manufacturer (the person authorized by the manufacturer), the importer, confirmation of the technical equipment’s conformity not included in the List may be provided in the form of certification. If the product is subject to certification, it is prohibited to issue a declaration instead of the certificate.
